Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy explains how we handle refunds and returns for event tickets, custom-made merchandise, and defective or incorrect items.

We aim to provide a fair and transparent experience. While some items such as custom-made products, are generally non-returnable, we’re always here to help if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected.

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds or exchanges are only available under the following circumstances:

  • Event Cancellation: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Event Rescheduling: Your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
  • Significant      Event Changes: if the event undergoes any of these major changes, (a) Venue; (b) Headline act; you may request a refund within 14 days of the      announcement.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated by the event organiser. If you are unable to attend, you may give you ticket to someone else, provide:

· The event does not have restrictions on ticket transfers

· The ticket is not a non-transferable or named ticket (e.g. VIP or guest list access)

· The transfer is completed through the official ticketing platform, if applicable

Please check you ticket details or contact us at office@grandslamwrestling.comif you are unsure whether you ticket can be transferred.

Merchandise

All merchandise is custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, in the event the merchandise is damaged, defective or not as described we will issue an exchange.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Any damaged, defective or products that are significantly different from what was ordered shall be exchanged at no cost to you.

No refunds will be given for customer-made merchandise.

To submit your request, please contact us at office@grandslamwrestling.com and include the following information in your email:

· A clear photo of the item and description of the issue

· Your order number or proof of purchase

If your request for an exchange due to a damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect item is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure you follow these instructions carefully to avoid delays in processing your exchange

Return Shipping

If your return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we will provide you with clear instructions on how to return the item. In such cases, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.

· Other personal data: Event attendance, marketing preferences. 

Where you provide us with personal data relating to another individual (such as registering them for an event or purchasing products or services on their behalf), you confirm that you have informed them of this privacy policy and, where required, obtained their freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for us to process their personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and this policy.

You must ensure that all personal data you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date. Where we identify that personal data provided is false or misleading, we may retain a record of the inaccuracy in accordance with our obligations under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, including for audit and compliance purposes.

You do not need to provide us with any personal data to view our event ticket shop. However, we may still collect the information set under the ‘What Data we Automatically Collect’ section of this policy, and marketing communications in accordance with the ‘Marketing Communications’ section of this policy.

When you contact us by email or post, we may retain a record of the correspondence. We also may record telephone calls for legitimate business purposes such as training, monitoring, or evidencing transactions, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

4. What Data we Automatically Collect

When you visit our event ticket shop, us and authorised third parties may automatically collect and store certain information about your device and browsing activity. This may include: (a) your device’s unique identifier; (b) technical details such as browser type, operating system, and device model; (c) your preferences, including time zone and language settings; and (d) statistical data about your interactions with our site. This information is collected using Cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the 'Cookies' section of this policy. Where required, we obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies. Please note that it may take up to five (5) business days for your updated preferences to take effect. This includes fulfilling your ticket order, delivering associated products and services, contacting you with relevant information about your purchases or the event, and responding to any enquiries, feedback, or complaints you may raise.

We may also process your personal data where it is necessary for our legitimate interests, these interests include providing customer service, enforcing our contractual terms, complying with regulatory obligations (such as anti-money laundering), conducting audits, and notifying you of updates to this policy. We ensure that such processing is proportionate and does not override your rights and freedoms.

You also have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data (Article 16), and to request the erasure of your personal data where applicable under Article 17 (‘right to be forgotten’).

Please note that we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse to act on a request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in accordance with Article 12(5) of the UK GDPR.

Our event ticket shop may contain links to third-party websites. Once you leave our site, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit, as they are not governed by this policy.

12. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Article 5(1)(e) of the UK GDPR and our internal data retention schedule.

· If you register for an account with us, we will retain your personal data for the duration of your account’s active status. If you close your account, we will securely delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, unless further retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. fraud prevention or dispute resolution).

· If you have consented to receive marketing communications, we will retain your contact details until you withdraw your consent or object to such processing. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will update your preferences within five (5) business days and cease further marketing communications.

· If you have booked tickets, purchased associated products or services, or contacted us with an enquiry, we will retain your personal data for a period of six (6) months following the last interaction, to respond to any follow-up queries or to comply with our legal obligations.

13. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, this includes protecting personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

All personal data you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Where payment transactions are processed, they are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology or equivalent encryption protocols.

If you are provided with, or choose a password to access certain parts of our services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and for complying with any security procedures we may require.

While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your personal data, you acknowledge that no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data, but we are committed to maintaining industry-standard protections and continuously reviewing our security practices

14. General

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry

1.1 All ticket sales are final.

1.2 Refunds or exchanges are only available under the following circumstances:

1.3 All matters relating to ticket refunds, exchanges, and transfers are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please refer to that policy for full details, including eligibility, procedures, and applicable timeframes.

2. Event Changes and Cancellations

2.1 The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or terminate the event at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to safety concerns, venue issues, or force majeure events (e.g. extreme weather, public health emergencies).

2.2 In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide appropriate remedies in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

2.3 The organiser also reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who breaches these Terms and Conditions, without refund.

2.4 If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2.5 If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the announcement.

3. Health & Safety

3.1 By attending this event, you agree to comply with all venue safety rules, staff instructions, and any public health guidelines in place at the time of the event.

3.2 Security checks (including bag searches) may be conducted at entry points. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without refund.

3.3 Prohibited items such as weapons, fireworks, alcohol, illegal substances, glass containers and any other items as expressly prohibited by the venue are not allowed on the premises.

3.4 In the event of an emergency, please follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel.

3.5 Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those in their care. Children must be supervised at all times.

3.6 The organiser reserves the right to remove any individual whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

3.7 If you have specific accessibility or medical needs, please contact us in advance so we can assist you appropriately.

4. Accessibility statement

5. Code of conduct 

5.1 We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, performers, and staff. By attending this event, you agree to the following:

(a) Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour of any kind whether verbal, physical, or online will not be tolerated.

(b) This includes but is not limited to: hate speech, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, offensive gestures, or disruptive conduct.

(c) Attendees must treat performers, staff, and fellow guests with courtesy and respect at all times.

(d) Costumes, signs, or clothing that display offensive language, symbols, or imagery are not permitted.

(e) Alcohol and substance misuse that leads to disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the venue.

(f) Any form of unauthorised access to restricted areas (e.g. backstage, ring area) is strictly prohibited.

(g) Violations of this code may result in immediate removal without refund, and in serious cases, a ban from future events or in serious circumstances referral to law enforcement.

5.2 If you witness or experience any inappropriate behaviour, please report it to a member of staff or security immediately. We take all concerns seriously and will act promptly.

6. Age restrictions

6.1 While GrandSlam Wrestling events are designed to be family-friendly, age restrictions may vary depending on factors such as the venue and venue’s licensing conditions, event content, and other circumstances that may render certain material unsuitable for younger audiences.

6.2 It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to check the specific age guidance for each event before attending. Entry may be refused if age requirements are not met, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

6.3 Unless otherwise specified by the venue, the following standard age restrictions apply to attendance at GrandSlam Wrestling events:

(a) Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

(b) Children under 5: may not be permitted entry, depending on the venue’s policy, nature of the event and its content.

(c) Unaccompanied minors may be refused entry at the discretion of the organiser or venue staff.

6.4 all attendees, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket. Proof of age may be required at entry. 

7. Merchandise

7.1 All merchandise is custom-made and non-returnable, except in cases of damage, defect or error.

7.2 If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

7.3 All requests relating to merchandise refunds or exchanges are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Please refer to that policy for full details, including eligibility criteria, time limits, and procedures.

8. Photography and Media

8.1 By attending this event, you consent to be photographed, filmed or recorded by the event organiser or authorised media for promotional, marketing, broadcast, and archival purposes. These materials may be used across digital, print and social media platforms without compensation or further notice.

8.2 Personal photography and video recording are permitted for non-commercial use, unless otherwise restricted by the organiser or venue.

8.3 Professional photography, videography, or live streaming (including the use of tripods, detachable lenses, drones, or other professional equipment) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the event organiser.

8.4 The organiser reserves the right to restrict or revoke recording privileges at any time to ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of performers and attendees.

8.5 Attendees must not obstruct views, block aisles, or interfere with the event experience while taking photos or videos. 

8.6 Any unauthorized commercial use of event imagery, branding, or likenesses of performers is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8.7 If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded during the event, please notify a member of staff prior or upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, such as offering alternative seating where feasible. However, we make no guarantee that such accommodations will prevent you from appearing in event photography or recordings. By attending, you acknowledge and accept this risk. 

9. Ownership and copyright

9.1 All content associated with this event—including but not limited to logos, branding, match footage, promotional materials, photographs, video recordings, and audio is the intellectual property of GrandSlam Wrestling or its licensed partners.

9.2 These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

9.3 Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the event content without prior written permission from the organiser.

9.4 Any unauthorised use of event materials, including the likeness of performers, match footage, or branding, may result in legal action.

9.5 By attending the event, you acknowledge that all media captured by the organiser or its authorised representatives remains the exclusive property of the organiser and may be used for promotional, archival, or commercial purposes.

10. Website use

10.1 By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10.2 We collect personal data (such as name, email, and payment details) only for purposes related to ticketing, merchandise orders, and customer support.

11. Force Majure Event

11.1 In the event that the show is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, venue damage, or government restrictions, this shall be considered a force majeure event.

11.2 In such cases no refunds will be issued.

11.3 Ticket purchases will remain valid for the rescheduled date and venue.

11.4 It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check for updates regarding the new event details.

11.5 If you are unable to attend the event at the rescheduled venue or date, the organiser may, at their sole discretion, allow your ticket to be transferred to an alternative date, venue, or another person. Such requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval and availability. 

11.6 The organiser will make reasonable efforts to notify all ticket holders of any changes as soon as possible.

12. Liability 

12.1 The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence or failure to meet safety obligations.

12.2 Attendees enter the venue and participate in the event at their own risk. This includes risks associated with crowd movement, loud noise, lighting effects, and the physical nature of professional wrestling.

12.3 While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment, attendees should be aware that accidents can happen, and by attending, you accept this risk.

12.4 The organiser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including travel or accommodation costs, in the event of cancellation, delay or change to the event.

12.5 Nothing in these terms excluded or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.6 While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience attendance at this event is at your own risk.

12.7 In the event of an injury, please notify a member of staff or security immediately so appropriate assistance can be provided.

12.8 By entering the venue, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with live wrestling events, including loud noises, flashing lights, and physical activity in close proximity. 

13. Termination 

13.1 These Terms and Conditions remain in effect until the conclusion of the event. The organiser reserves the right to update or terminate these terms at any time, with or without notice, where necessary to comply with legal, safety, or operational requirements. Continued use of your ticket or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

14. General

14.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the terms, which shall fully remain valid and enforceable to the extent as permitted by law.

14.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
